1. アプリ内でアカウントを削除する
BranchPath アプリから、いつでもご自身でアカウントとクラウド上のデータを削除できます。
- アプリを開き、「アカウント」画面を開きます。
- Google アカウントでサインインします（未サインインの場合）。
- 画面下部の「アカウントを削除」をタップします。
- 確認ダイアログで「削除する」を選びます。
操作が完了すると、アカウントとクラウドに保存されたすべてのバックアップがただちに完全に削除されます。
2. 削除されるデータ・保持されるデータ

削除されたクラウドデータは復元できません。バックアップから復元する予定がある場合は、削除前にご確認ください。
3. アプリを使わずに削除を依頼する
端末を紛失した、アプリにアクセスできないなどの理由でアプリ内から削除できない場合は、下記の連絡先まで削除をご依頼ください。本人確認のため、登録に使用した Google アカウントのメールアドレス からご連絡ください。ご依頼を受けてから 30 日以内 に対象データを削除します。

1. Delete Your Account In-App
You can delete your account and all of your cloud data yourself, at any time, directly from the BranchPath app.
- Open the app and go to the "Account" screen.
- Sign in with your Google account (if you are not already signed in).
- Tap "Delete account" near the bottom of the screen.
- Choose "Delete" in the confirmation dialog.
Once completed, your account and all cloud backups are permanently and immediately deleted.
2. What Is Deleted & What Is Kept

| Data stored on your device | Remains on the device. Remove it by uninstalling the app or clearing the app's storage. |
Deleted cloud data cannot be recovered. If you intend to restore from a backup, please do so before deleting.
3. Request Deletion Without the App
If you cannot use the in-app option (for example, you lost your device or cannot access the app), email us to request deletion. To verify your identity, please contact us from the Google account email address you used to register. We will delete the relevant data within 30 days of receiving your request.
