1. アプリ内でアカウントを削除する
BranchPath アプリから、いつでもご自身でアカウントとクラウド上のデータを削除できます。
- アプリを開き、「アカウント」画面を開きます。
- Google または Apple のアカウントでサインインします（未サインインの場合）。
- 画面下部の「アカウントを削除」をタップします。
- 確認ダイアログで「削除する」を選び、本人確認のためにもう一度ログインします。
削除の申し込みから 30 日後 に、アカウントとクラウドに保存されたすべてのバックアップが完全に削除されます。
30 日以内であれば取り消せます。アプリでもう一度ログインすると「削除予定です。取り消しますか？」と表示されるので、「削除を取り消す」を選んでください。誤操作や、第三者による操作からデータを守るための期間です。
2. アカウントを残してデータ（バックアップ）だけ削除する
アカウントは残したまま、クラウドに保存した個々のバックアップだけを削除することもできます。
- アプリを開き、バックアップ（クラウド）画面を開きます。
- Google アカウントでサインインします（未サインインの場合）。
- 削除したいバックアップの「削除」（ゴミ箱）アイコンをタップします。
- 確認ダイアログで「削除する」を選びます。
選んだバックアップだけがただちに完全に削除され、アカウントとその他のバックアップはそのまま残ります。
3. 削除されるデータ・保持されるデータ

30 日を過ぎて削除されたクラウドデータは復元できません。バックアップから復元する予定がある場合は、削除前にご確認ください。サブスクリプションはアカウントを削除しても自動では解約されないため、App Store または Google Play で解約してください。
有料会員の方へ：データが削除された後に同じ Google / Apple アカウントでログインすると、新しいアカウントとして始まります。購入した端末（同じストアのアカウント）では、購読が続いている間（解約した場合は支払い済みの期間の終わりまで）有料機能を使えますが、ほかの端末や Web 版では有料になりません。
4. アプリを使わずに削除を依頼する
端末を紛失した、アプリにアクセスできないなどの理由でアプリ内から削除できない場合は、下記の連絡先まで削除をご依頼ください。本人確認のため、登録に使用した Google アカウントのメールアドレス からご連絡ください。ご依頼を受けてから 30 日以内 に対象データを削除します。

1. Delete Your Account In-App
You can delete your account and all of your cloud data yourself, at any time, directly from the BranchPath app.
- Open the app and go to the "Account" screen.
- Sign in with your Google or Apple account (if you are not already signed in).
- Tap "Delete account" near the bottom of the screen.
- Choose "Delete" in the confirmation dialog, then sign in once more to confirm it is you.
Your account and all cloud backups are permanently deleted 30 days after the request.
You can cancel within those 30 days. Sign in to the app again and you will be asked whether to cancel the scheduled deletion; choose "Cancel deletion". This period protects your data from mistakes and from someone else using your device.
2. Delete Only Your Data (Backups) Without Deleting Your Account
You can also delete individual cloud backups while keeping your account.
- Open the app and go to the backup (cloud) screen.
- Sign in with your Google account (if you are not already signed in).
- Tap the "Delete" (trash) icon on the backup you want to remove.
- Choose "Delete" in the confirmation dialog.
Only the selected backup is permanently and immediately deleted; your account and other backups remain.

Cloud data deleted after the 30 days cannot be recovered. If you intend to restore from a backup, please do so before deleting. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription; cancel it in the App Store or Google Play.
For premium members: if you sign in with the same Google / Apple account after your data is deleted, you start as a new account. On the device where you bought the subscription (same store account), premium features stay available while the subscription is active (if you cancel, until the end of the paid period). Other devices and the web version will not be premium.
4. Request Deletion Without the App
If you cannot use the in-app option (for example, you lost your device or cannot access the app), email us to request deletion. To verify your identity, please contact us from the Google account email address you used to register. We will delete the relevant data within 30 days of receiving your request.
