BranchPath（以下「本アプリ」）は、BranchPath Developer が提供するマインドマップアプリです。本プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリの利用に際して収集・利用する情報について説明します。本アプリをご利用いただくことで、本ポリシーに同意したものとみなします。
2. 収集する情報
本アプリは以下の情報を収集・処理します。
- Google アカウント情報：クラウドバックアップ機能のために Google ログインを使用します。取得する情報はメールアドレス・表示名・プロフィール画像 URL です。
- マインドマップ・カレンダーデータ：作成したノード・エッジ・カレンダーイベントなどのデータは Google Firebase（Firestore）に保存されます（クラウドバックアップ使用時のみ）。
- 広告に関する情報：本アプリは Google AdMob を使用して広告を表示します。AdMob はデバイス識別子や利用状況などのデータを収集することがあります。詳細は Google のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
3. 収集しない情報
位置情報・連絡先・写真・カメラデータ、その他上記に記載されていない個人情報は一切収集しません。

- クラウドバックアップおよびデータ復元サービスの提供

- アプリの不具合修正・機能改善

6. データの保管・削除
Firestore に保存されたデータはアカウントを削除するまで保持されます。アプリをアンインストールしてもクラウドデータは削除されません。
アカウントとクラウドデータの削除は、アプリ内の設定画面からいつでも行えます。ローカルデータはアプリをアンインストールすることで削除されます。
7. 未成年者について
本アプリは 13 歳未満の子どもを対象としておらず、意図的に 13 歳未満の個人情報を収集することはありません。
8. プライバシーポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは予告なく変更される場合があります。変更後もアプリを継続してご利用いただいた場合、変更内容に同意したものとみなします。重要な変更がある場合はアプリ内でお知らせします。

BranchPath ("the App") is a mind map application developed by BranchPath Developer ("I", "me"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected and used when you use the App. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

- Google Account Information: I use Google Sign-In for the cloud backup feature. I access your email address, display name, and profile picture URL.
- Mind Map & Calendar Data: Your nodes, edges, calendar events, and other app data are stored in Google Firebase (Firestore) when you use the cloud backup feature.
- Advertising Data: The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data. Please review Google's Privacy Policy for details.
3. Information I Do Not Collect
I do not collect location data, contacts, photos, camera data, or any other personal information beyond what is described above.

6. Data Retention & Deletion
Data stored in Firestore is retained until you delete your account. Uninstalling the App does not delete cloud data.
You can delete your account and all associated cloud data at any time from within the App's settings. Local data is removed when you uninstall the App.

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
8. Changes to This Policy
I may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. I will notify users of significant changes within the App.
